Red beans (Adzuki beans, Vigna angularis) are small, compact, round-oval ruby-red seeds (approx. 4.0mm to 5.0mm diameter) with a distinct white linear hilum and an earthy-sweet profile, primarily used in confectionery, sweet bean pastes (Anko), and desserts. Red kidney beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) are large, kidney-shaped beans with a firm savoury texture used for soups, salads, and commercial canning.
We supply Machine Cleaned (MC) and Hand-Picked Selected (HPS) grades calibrated over 4.0mm, 4.5mm, and 5.0mm round-hole sieves. We guarantee minimum 99% purity, maximum 14% moisture, and foreign matter under 0.5% with optical colour sorting to eliminate discoloured or immature seeds.
Packed in 25 kg or 50 kg woven polypropylene bags, loaded at 24 MT per 20ft dry container. Custom branded bags and private labelling are available for contract packaging.
