Yes. Export samples are drawn directly from the physical lot being offered rather than from general reference stock. Samples are dispatched via DHL/FedEx courier at the buyer's cost. For graded natural resins such as Seedlac and Damar Batu, we routinely send the requested grade along with adjacent grades so procurement teams can calibrate visual clarity, colour, and solubility directly against the contract price.

We quote FOB Bangkok Port (PAT) and FOB Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port as standard, and provide CIF or CFR to major global destinations including Nhava Sheva (JNPT Mumbai), Chennai, Mundra, Jebel Ali (Dubai), Dammam, Hai Phong, Rotterdam, and Hamburg. EXW and DAP terms can be arranged upon agreement. Because our trade desk coordinates ocean freight directly, CIF quotations provide a single, transparent landed cost.

Sticklac is the raw, unrefined natural resin encrustation harvested directly from host trees (Schleichera oleosa / Butea monosperma), containing 70–80% pure lac resin together with natural bark, twigs, and lac insect dye. Seedlac is produced by crushing sticklac, washing it thoroughly in water to extract natural water-soluble dyes, and winnowing out foreign matter. Seedlac contains 85–92% pure lac resin with hot alcohol insolubles reduced to 3–5%, serving as the primary commercial raw material for refined shellac and aleuritic acid manufacturing.

Every container shipment is accompanied by a full set of commercial trade documents: 3/3 Clean on Board Ocean Bill of Lading, Signed Commercial Invoice, Detailed Packing List, Certificate of Origin issued by the Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) or Thai Chamber of Commerce, and an official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture Thailand. Preferential tariff certificates such as AIFTA Form AI (for India) and Form D/Form E (for ASEAN/China) are provided to reduce destination import duties. Independent inspection reports (SGS, Intertek) are available upon request.

Standard ex-stock loading is 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of deposit or approved Letter of Credit for inventory held in our Bangkok warehouse. Specialised orders requiring custom milling, mechanical mesh grading, sizing, or kiln drying require 3 to 4 weeks. Specific loading date windows and vessel feeder schedules are confirmed in writing within our formal Proforma Invoice.

Standard commercial payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% balance payable against transmission of non-negotiable shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Packing List). Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight issued by prime international banks are accepted for full container volumes.

Rosewood (Dalbergia cochinchinensis), Ebony (Diospyros), and Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) fall under CITES Appendix II trade controls and are exported only where approved CITES export and import management permits are secured in advance. Plantation Teak (Tectona grandis) and Garjan timber (Dipterocarpus alatus) are completely unrestricted and ship under standard forestry verification. Natural gums, resins, pulses, and agricultural commodities are fully unrestricted.
