Our export-grade black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris / Vigna mungo) are conditioned to a safe commercial moisture level of 12.5% to 13.0%, with minimum 99% purity and foreign matter below 0.5%. This controlled moisture prevents seed hardening while safeguarding against mould or spoilage during long ocean voyages.
Yes. Available in both Machine Cleaned (MC) and Hand-Picked Selected (HPS) grades with a smooth, glossy jet-black seed coat and clean white eye. They are widely used for industrial canning, food service distribution, Latin American cuisine (frijoles negros), and Asian savoury dishes.
A standard 20ft FCL dry container accommodates 24 metric tonnes (MT) packed in 25 kg or 50 kg PP bags. Full container dunnage and heavy-duty moisture absorption poles are placed inside the container to protect cargo throughout tropical and temperate ocean transit.
