Services

Freight, storage and clearing, run from the same desk as the trade.

Shine Star Trading moves its own cargo, so the same team books vessels, holds stock near the port and files declarations. Those four services are offered to other shippers on the same terms, whether or not the goods were bought from us.

01 · Freight

Logistics

Ocean freight booked out of Bangkok and Laem Chabang, with inland collection from upcountry suppliers and consolidation for lots that do not fill a box.

Truck loading at the yard, container doors open

Full container loads

20ft and 40ft bookings with named carriers, sailing schedule confirmed before cargo moves to the port.

Part loads and consolidation

Trial lots and small parcels combined with other cargo for the same destination rather than held back.

Inland haulage

Collection from the supplier or processing site, weighed and sealed before it leaves.

Container stuffing

Loading supervised, with a photographic record of the stuffed container and the seal number recorded.

02 · Storage

Warehousing

Covered, dry space for goods waiting on a vessel, a permit or a buyer's call-off. Resins and agricultural goods are kept off the floor and away from heat.

Warehouse bay — palletised sacks, forklift at work

Palletised storage

Bagged and drummed cargo held on pallets, stacked to the limit the packing allows.

Call-off releases

A contracted quantity held and released in agreed instalments against the buyer's schedule.

Sorting, grading, repacking

Lots re-graded or re-bagged to the buyer's packing specification before loading.

Stock records

Lot numbers, weights and movements recorded, so what is in store can be stated on request.

03 · Temperature

Cold storage

Chilled and frozen space for goods that cannot sit in ambient heat between harvest and loading, with reefer containers booked for the sea leg.

Cold room interior — stacked cartons, door open

Chilled and frozen rooms

Separate temperature bands for goods that must be held apart. Set points are agreed in writing per consignment.

Temperature record

Logged for the storage period and handed over with the shipping documents.

Reefer bookings

Refrigerated containers booked and pre-cooled, with the set point carried onto the bill of lading.

Cross-docking

Short holds between inland delivery and the vessel, so the chain is not broken at the port.

04 · Documents

Customs clearing

Export declarations filed in Thailand, import files prepared for the destination, and the certificate set assembled so nothing is missing when the box arrives.

Document file on a desk — bill of lading, certificates

Export declarations

Thai customs filing, HS classification checked against the goods actually loaded.

Permits and certificates

Certificate of origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, health certificates, and CITES permits where the species requires one.

Destination paperwork

Import files prepared to what the destination asks for. Indian, Chinese and EU buyers do not need the same set.

Document handover

Scans on the day of loading, originals couriered or released through the bank as the contract states.

How a consignment moves

The same sequence whether the cargo is ours or a third party's.

01

Collection

Cargo picked up upcountry or received at the warehouse, weighed and checked against the packing list.

02

Hold or repack

Stored ambient or chilled until the booking is confirmed, repacked to the buyer's specification if required.

03

Declaration

Export entry filed and permits obtained before the container is called forward to the terminal.

04

Stuffing and sailing

Loading supervised, seal recorded, bill of lading issued against the sailing.

05

Arrival file

Document set issued to the buyer or their bank before the vessel reaches the discharge port.
