Large, plump mature rhizomes with well-developed hands, minimal skin breakage, suited for premium supermarket wholesale.
Grade AA (150g–250g)
Standard export specification. Clean, uniform hands with strong pungency and bright golden sheen.
Grade A (100g–150g) & Sliced Dehydrated
Commercial table grade or machine-washed cross-cut slices dried to under 12% moisture for spice extractors and tea blenders.

When cured properly before loading and shipped in a monitored 40ft reefer container at +12°C to +14°C with 85–90% relative humidity, fresh Thai ginger maintains firmness and prevents mold for 4 to 6 weeks, easily accommodating voyages to the Middle East, India, Europe, or North America.
Yes. Lots comply with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Prior to departure from Bangkok/Laem Chabang, inspection samples can be certified by certified testing laboratories for heavy metals and multi-residue pesticide limits according to destination market standards.
For fresh ginger, the standard MOQ is one 40ft High Cube reefer container (approximately 24 to 26 MT). For dehydrated dried ginger slices, trial shipments can start at 3 to 5 MT in standard dry containers.
