Yes. Sawn timber can be produced to the buyer's specified dimensions, with tolerances and kilning targets confirmed prior to contract signing.
Heartwood share depends on the grade tier (FEQ vs standard furniture grade). The guaranteed minimum heartwood percentage is explicitly stipulated in the written sales agreement.
Containers undergo official methyl bromide or heat treatment fumigation prior to terminal gate-in, with government fumigation and phytosanitary certificates issued.
In a 40ft High Cube container, depending on section sizes and bundling, volume typically ranges from 26 to 29 cubic metres.
